Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@scriptre.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

The Services may allow you to upload content such as bank statements, business applications, and other financial documents ("Contributions"). You are solely responsible for your Contributions and represent that your Contributions are accurate, that you have the right to submit them, and that submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
By submitting Contributions to the Services, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze such Contributions solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your Contributions.
The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"). Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services or any content posted on, available through, or installed from the Services.

Governing Law. These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Scriptre LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

Scriptre LLC provides AI-powered underwriting analysis tools for informational purposes only. Our analysis does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. All funding decisions are made solely by the user and Scriptre LLC assumes no liability for decisions made based on our analysis. Users acknowledge that AI-generated underwriting recommendations may contain errors and should be independently verified before making any lending decisions.
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
